Create a wellness routine for me to incorporate into my weekly schedule. I will tell you how many hours a week I'd like to devote to wellness, what days and times don't work, and I may specify a particular type of activity I'd like to include in my week. Please recommend which days, what time frame and how long I should do each activity. Please suggest one additional wellness routine to incorporate, such as meditation, journaling, or exercise.
