# AI Researcher Summer Fellowship (non technical) Join us for an opportunity to explore practical applications of generative AI tools on a part time basis. No prior experience in artificial intelligence required, and this role can supplement other employment. Roughly 15 hours per week for research + writing. The researcher will learn about a specific niche of generative AI applications (ex. AI for Teachers, AI for YouTubers, AI for Lawyers, AI for Nurses etc.) and contribute to our knowledge base by writing weekly articles on relevant topics. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain learn about AI and test out entrepreneurship. 10 weeks, 10 articles to explore AI. Generative AI tools are going to impact every industry, so regardless of your dream profession (education, business, technology, academia), this is a great chance to set yourself apart and learn applications for cutting edge AI. ## Required Qualifications and Skills - GPA of 3.5 or higher - Must be currently attending an Ivy League University - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Time management skills and ability to meet weekly deadlines ## Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with writing articles or blog posts. - Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, HuggingFace, Bard, etc.) - Aspirations of starting a company or a career in the growing AI space ## Location This fellowship is fully remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location. You will be required to have a reliable internet connection and a computer for meetings, research, and publishing your articles. ## Time Commitment: Total time commitment is roughly 15 hours per week. This includes roughly 7 hours of research and planning, 5 hours of writing, and 3 hours of editing and meetings. During the fellowship, we’ll meet at the following times. - Monday for a brief live call on the topic for the week. We’ll meet at a time after hours that is convenient for all individuals. - Wednesday checkin on research and writing progress. - Articles due Friday + proposals for next weeks topic. ## Fellowship Benefits We’re unable to provide financial support for this fellowship; however, researchers will receive: - Experience in AI research and technical writing - Networking opportunities with professionals in the AI field - Grow your personal brand.
