Your 3-Month Crash Course in Civil Engineering

I have 2 days free in a week and 3 months total. Make me a crash study plan for civil engineering. - Goal: Obtain expert-level depth of how design, construction, and maintenance of physical and naturally built environments, including public works, are built. In order to prove expert-level depth, I should be able to teach someone everything I learn. - Criteria: This study plan should keep in mind that I only have 1 hour per day to learn on my free days. The plan should also assume that I am starting with zero knowledge of the topic.  - Formatting: The plan should be presented in bullet point format and each section should clearly label what must be understood before moving on to the next section. There needs to be a question at the end of each section that should be answered before moving onto the next section.
