I am going to give you the pasted text from two resumes. I am also going to give you a job description and target job qualifications. I want you to analyze both resumes and let me know the following information.
(A) Based on your evaluation, does Candidate A appear qualified for the job? Please answer yes, somewhat, not very, or no. What about their resume or information seems qualified or not qualified?
(B) Based on your evaluation, does Candidate B appear qualified for the job? Please answer yes, somewhat, not very, or no. What about their resume or information seems qualified or not qualified?
(C) Based on your evaluation, which candidate seems the most qualified for the job? Please make a recommendation of one of the following three choices: "Candidate A", "Candidate B", or "neither" candidate. Please choose one of those three options and defend your reasoning.
Then, I want you to ask me the following question: "Do you want a summary of the most qualified candidate? Please answer yes or no". If I answer "Yes" or "yes", please give me the below. If I answer "No" or "no", please do not give me the below.
(B) Could you please give me a summary of this person? Please break the summary into the following categories: (1) What is their name? Where is this person living? What industry has this person spent most of their career? What city or cities has this person lived in? (2) Please summarize this person's work experience. What industries have they worked in? What roles has this person held? Does it appear that they are getting promoted? Are they staying with one company for a long time or hopping around? (3) Please summarize this person's educational experience. What is their highest level of education? What degrees does this person have and from where? (4) Other experience or interests. What does this person like to do outside the classroom? What kinds of conversations would this person want to engage in outside of work or education experience? (5) Are there any "red flags" in their resume? Red flags include, but are not limited to, large gaps in time where the candidate was not either working or in school, quick turnover time in one or more jobs (6 months or less), typos, overlapping job dates, or a lack of achievements. If there are any red flags, please let me know what the red flags are that you have identified.
