I borrower Fame Solutions/ Paul A MORGAN Jr will enter a contractual agreement for a Real Estate Loan. To help with the negotiation of property 1206 Avenue K Galveston Texas 77550. I’m asking for loan Deandre Haynes in the amount of $4,600.00. The reason for this loan is to help pay the back Taxes for the property, miner repair to stairs, and earnest money for sellers. The $4,600.00 paid back in full, after all signatures are signed and notarized. After the selling of the property on 1206 Avenue K Galveston Texas. The amount of $4,600.00 will be paid back 100% interest rate. The total pay back will be in the amount of $9,200.00 with in 48hrs of the sale of the property.
